1. Watch for Your Onboarding Email
You’ll receive an onboarding email shortly. This email will guide you through the setup process and include your personalized onboarding form.
2. Complete the Onboarding Form
Fill out the form as thoroughly as you can. The more detail you provide, the better we can customize your setup.
3. System Connection
After we receive your form, we’ll begin connecting your website forms into our system. We will be reaching out so that we can gain access to the backend of your site in order to connect. Based on the platform your website is built on we will send specific instructions so that so that the system can be connected and be up and running as soon as possible.
4. Set Up Your Account on Our Website
While you’re waiting, please create your account on our website. Once you’ve signed up, we’ll approve your access and add you to the customer portal.
