Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes! You're never locked into a long-term contract. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime before your next billing cycle. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year, but you can still cancel anytime — your service will continue through the paid period, and we’ll make sure you’re not rebilled the next year.

Q: Can I adjust my plan later?
A: Definitely. You can move between plans as your business grows or slows down. Just reach out, and we’ll make the switch seamless.

Q: How does onboarding work?
A: Once you sign up, we’ll send over a branded intake form to collect key info about your services, goals, and customer base. We’ll then use that to set up your automation workflows and begin content creation. It’s designed to be hands-off and hassle-free.

Q: How do you know what to write in my emails or posts?
A: We create your content using info from your intake form and your Monthly Update Form. You can choose to review every email and post before it goes out — or stay completely hands-off. Either way, you’ll always have access to everything we write and send on your behalf.

Q: How do I send you updates about my business?
A: Each month, you’ll get a Monthly Update Form you can fill out with service changes, new promotions, reviews, or anything else you'd like us to include in your campaigns.

Q: Can I review the emails and content before they’re sent?
A: Yes — we’ll always give you the option to approve campaigns before they go live. But if you'd rather not worry about it, we can send them on your behalf and keep you in the loop through shared access.

Q: What tools do you use? Do I need to set anything up?
A: No extra tools or logins needed. We manage everything under our system — email platforms, automations, and analytics — so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Q: What if I don’t have an email list yet?
A: We’ll help you build one. Every plan includes a branded lead intake form and lead capture workflow to start collecting contacts right away.
