  • Contact Email & Phone
    Best email and phone for communication. This is how we’ll send updates and confirm setup.

  • Business Website, Phone, Email
    Public-facing details that may appear in emails or links.

​​

  • Industry & Services Offered
    Tell us what type of business you are and your core services. This allows us to tailor email campaigns to highlight your most profitable services.

Branding

  • Google Business Review Link
    Share your Google review page URL. We connect this to your review request emails so customers can leave feedback directly.

  • Logo & Branding Colors
    Provide a link to your logo and your brand colors. This keeps all your emails on-brand.

​​

  • Service Areas & Business Hours
    Let us know where you serve and your hours. This ensures your campaigns are accurate for local targeting.

  • Voice, Tone, and Taglines
    Do you want your emails to sound friendly, professional, or casual? Share any slogans or phrases that are important to your brand.

  • Images
    Submit up to 4 images that represent your business. These may be used in your email designs.

Promotions & Offers

  • Personal vs. Business Messaging
    Do you want emails signed from you personally or from your business? This sets the “voice” of your campaigns.

  • Current Promotions
    Share any active discounts or offers. We’ll feature them in upcoming emails to increase engagement.

  • Seasonal Changes or Offers
    Let us know if you run seasonal campaigns (holiday sales, summer specials, etc.). This helps us time your promotions.

  • Do Not Promote
    If there are services, topics, or details you don’t want us to include, list them here.

​​

  • Promo Codes
    Add any discount codes we should use. We recommend codes that can be redeemed online or in person.

  • Offer Options
    Check off any offers (bundle deals, percentage discounts) you can provide. These options help increase email conversions.

Email Lists & Marketing Preferences

  • Email List Upload
    Do you already have a list of customer emails? Upload your CSV or share a link in the Google Drive folder we provide. This is the fastest way to start sending campaigns.

  • Types of Emails You’re Comfortable Sending
    Choose from newsletters, tips, promos, or lead generation emails. This ensures we build a campaign style that feels right for your business.

  • Website Platform
    Let us know if your site is on Wix, WordPress, Shopify, etc. This allows us to set up forms and integrations on the backend.

​​

  • Website Forms
    Do you already have a form to collect emails? If yes, we’ll connect it to your automation system.

  • Manual Contact Entry
    If you want the option to add contacts manually, let us know and we’ll enable it.
